Now here is something that has always bothered me, I think we can all agree that the world is a pretty messed up place. Mankind, just by existing, has built up and torn down entire worlds over his tenure. Why don’t we, as a people, say the United Nations or the Americans start cleaning it up? I think the first place to start is all of those ancient ruins in Greece, what a mess! The Americans could come in there with bulldozers and make it look a lot more presentable! If you had all that mess in your back yard the city where you lived would make you clean it up.

Take a look at the picture, boulders and rocks laying all around, talk about your Greek tragedy, it’s disgusting. A lot of people would say it’s history, what a crock, it certainly is an eyesore. My old yellow house I grew up in as a child is now a doctor’s office, it was knocked down in the way of progress years ago. I had to learn to live with it.
People of Greece, unite! Come on, clean that mess up! It’s time for thinking of the future, that’s all in the past! You don’t ride around in a chariot anymore, now do ya? You have children growing up, why let them have dives like that around with chipped up cement and places for people to trip and hurt themselves? It will take them back to the day when people were slaughtered for the pure fun of it. That’s sick!
A lot of people will say it is none of our business, is there not an international peacekeeping force there? My tax dollars and yours. Don’t the troops deserve to serve in a neat, clean environment?
I say it would look a lot better with a nice neat McDonalds or a Burger King. For those who think that’s too commercial, how about a family owned auction mart or something? Anything is better than what they have now.

P.S. Did I get a rise out of you Wendy?
I hope next year when you have the wedding on TV that you will find couples who really need a free wedding. I feel that this years couple has the means to do all that they have won by themselves.
I do wish them the best but this is the way I feel.
